Carter's Review

This attractive, 10-story apartment building at 98 Front Street in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn was erected in 2019 and has 165 condominium units. It was built by Hope Street Capital of which Sha Dinour is a partner and designed by ODA. It is bounded by Adams and York streets.

Bottom Line

Another very handsome, mid-rise, cross-word-puzzle design by ODA with every floor having a different floor plan and many indentations.

Description

This strongly sculpted mid-rise building in Dumbo has complex grey façades with many terraces and indentations.

The plan of every floor is different and the depth of its indentations gives it strong sense of syncopation and strength.

Amenities
