A very attractive mid-rise building close to the East River in East Harlem with lush landscaping, many amenities and a large courtyard with a center fountain.

It also has a large and very lush U-shaped courtyard with center fountain.

It has very attractive building façades with orange bricks and “rusticated”-style window surrounds.
