This 17-story, mid-block apartment building at 111 Third Avenue between 13th and 14th Streets was erected in 1958 and has 160 co-operative apartments.
It was designed by Horace Ginsbern & Associates, which also did 1045 Fifth Avenue, 750 Park Avenue, Lincoln Plaza Tower, 1010 Third Avenue and 40 East 84th Street.
The building is near Union Square Park and good public transportation. It is a condop because it is on leased land.
