It was designed by GF55 Architects and developed by MGM Property Group.

Bottom Line

A very nice, small, mid-block building with keyed elevators, rear balconies and a roof deck.

Description

A very attractive mid-block building with large multi-pane inset windows, and indented entrance and sidewalk landscaping.

The architects note that the window spandrels are broad with four large metal rivets to “stylishly” pay “homage to the nearby iconic Williamsburg and Manhattan bridges.”

The building has a landscaped roof deck with an outdoor kitchen, a fitness center, keyed elevator access.

Apartments

Apartments have beamed ceilings, open kitchens with islands and double vanity sinks in the bathrooms.

The penthouse duplex has 2,044 square feet with three bedrooms, a great room with an open kitchen and two bedrooms that each have access to a rear balcony and the upper level has one of the bedrooms and 815 square feet of terrace with an outdoor kitchen.

Apartments on the 2nd through the 5th floors have 1,807 square feet of interior space and 105 square feet of external space and two bedrooms, each of which share a rear balcony.
