Bottom Line

A very nice, small, mid-block building with keyed elevators, rear balconies and a roof deck.

Description

A very attractive mid-block building with large multi-pane inset windows, and indented entrance and sidewalk landscaping.

The architects note that the window spandrels are broad with four large metal rivets to “stylishly” pay “homage to the nearby iconic Williamsburg and Manhattan bridges.”

The building has a landscaped roof deck with an outdoor kitchen, a fitness center, keyed elevator access.

Apartments

Apartments have beamed ceilings, open kitchens with islands and double vanity sinks in the bathrooms.
