It was developed by Nathan Vinbaytel and designed by Panagiotis Vikatos.

Bottom Line

Nice apartments with high ceilings and some exterior space in the East Village.

The gray-brick building has a rusticated brown metal base, and glass-railed balconies.

Apartments

Apartments have 10-foot ceilings and stainless steel kitchen appliances and caesarstone countertops.

Apartment 5 is a three-bedroom unit with 1,186 square feet of 68 feet of external space.  It has a 13-foot-long living room with a small balcony and a 15-foot-long open kitchen.  One of the two rear bedrooms has a 50-square-foot balcony.

Apartment 6B is a one-bedroom duplex with an 11-foot-long living room with a rear balcony and an 8-foot-long open kitchen and a spiral staircase to leads to a 384-square-foot roof terrace.

Penthouse  A is a one-bedroom duplex unit with 865 square feet and 236 square feet of external space,  The lower level has a 13-foot-wide living/dining area next to a 12-foot-wide open kitchen with a small balcony.  The upper level has a 12-foot-wide bedroom and a roof terrace.

Apartment 3A is a one-bedroom unit with 559 square feet and 18 feet of external space.  The living room is 15 feet long with a 10-foot-wide balcony and an 11-foot-long open kitchen.
