This attractive, 9-story residential building at 399 East 8th Street in the East Village was erected in 2016 by 399 E 8 Development LLC of which Pam Lee is a partner.

The development has 33 condominium apartments.

Akeeb Shekoni is the architect.

Bottom Line

A pleasant mid-rise condominium building in the East Village with good amenities.

Description

The brown-brick building has setbacks above the seventh and eighth floors.

It has three banks of glass-railed balconies and no sidewalk landscaping.

The lobby has a green wall and a chandelier.

Amenities

The building has a virtual doorman service, a fitness center, a billiards lounge, a bicycle room, storage, a refrigerated package receiving area, and a pet spa.

Apartments

Apartments have oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and washers and dryers.
