"This slender, 30-story, mid-block rental apartment building at 15 Cliff Street between John and Fulton streets in Lower Manhattan was erected by Rockrose Development Corporation in 2002.

Rockrose sold it Lalezarian Properties in 2007 for $83 million and Lalezarian sold it in 2014 to Carmel Investors. " Read Carter's Full Review
