Description

A spiral staircase leads to the master suite, which features a custom-designed platform bed, an en suite bath with Waterworks fixtures and antique stone farmhouse sink. At the end of the hallway, separated by a door of reclaimed chestnut, is a windowed home office; this room could easily be converted into a fourth bedroom. Across from the office is a butlers pantry with chestnut cabinetry, a tooled copper sink, under-counter refrigerator & a full-sized washer/dryer.

Off the pantry is a powder room with an antique limestone sink. The MacIntyre Building is a 23-unit,12-story elevator co-operative built in 1892 by Ewen MacIntyre at the vibrant intersection of Broadway & 18th Street. Pied-a-terres and pets are permitted with board approval
