Carter's Review

This 6-story, mid-block building at 174 Clermont Avenue between Willoughby and Myrtle Streets in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn is known as Solis.

It was developed by Ping C. Moy and designed by Jung Wor Shin and completed in 2009.

It is distinguished by its street façade that has wood paneling on either side of a center metal strip.

It has 9 apartments, a roof garden, a wood-paneled lobby, built-in bookcases in all rooms and double-height ceilings in all multi-floor units.

Apartments have ebonized bamboo floors and Bosch washers and dryers and bathrooms have radiant floor heating. Kitchens have Viking stoves and Fisher Paykel French Door bottom freezer refrigerator and Bosch dishwashers and Caesarstone honed countertops.

The building has storage rooms and a video intercom system.
