Review of 211 East 18th Street by Carter Horsley

This 7-story, red-brick building was erected in 1957 and converted to a cooperative in 1984. It has 122 cooperative apartments.

The building has a canopied, two-step-down entrance, a concierge, nice sidewalk landscaping and a garage. It is across from a very attractive row of townhouses. It has discrete air-conditioners, consistent fenestration and fire escapes.

The building is close to Gramercy, Stuyvesant and Union Square Parks and the Flatiron District and their many impressive restaurants and stores. There is good public transportation at 14th Street.

There is excellent public transportation. The building has a concierge, a roof deck, consistent fenestration and a colonnaded entrance, and no sidewalk landscaping and no garage.
