Carter's Review
This pleasant, red-brick, 17-story building has 200 rental apartments.
The pre-war building has a concierge and a one-story rusticated limestone base with a canopied entrance, protruding air-conditioners, consistent fenestration, some Gothic-style decorative façade elements, but no sidewalk landscaping, no garage, no balconies and no health club.
It is not far from Junior High School 106 and Gramercy Park and the Flatiron district, which has excellent shopping and many restaurants.
There is good cross-town bus service on 23rd Street.
