Carter's Review

This handsome, 4-story apartment building at 305 McGuinness Boulevard in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn was erected in 1957.

The building is known as Lofts 305.

It was converted to a residential condominium with 38 units in 2008 by the Bronfman Fischer Real Estate Holdings, of which Matthew W. Bronfman, the son of Edgar Bronfman Sr., chairman of Seagram, is a principal.

Karl Fischer was the architect for the conversion.
