Bottom Line

Across 13th Street from the very striking new building of the New School for Social Research and not far from Union Square and Strand Books, this building has a doorman and large apartments.

Description

The building has spacious apartments with large entertaining space in a good Greenwich Village location.  It has a handsome base with a tapering glass top and some terraces and balconies.

The red-brick façade of the base has some rustication.

Residence9 is a duplex with 4,848 square feet and a 1,760-square-foot terrace.  The 9th floor has a large entry foyer that leads to a living room that opens onto a L-shaped terrace and is also next to a large sitting room with a fireplace and a dining room with a large open kitchen with an island and the rear of the floor is a very large, curved terrace.  The 8th floor has four bedrooms.

Residence 8 is a three-bedroom duplex with an entry foyer that opens onto a very large living/dining room with a fireplace next to a large, open kitchen and a terrace on the 8th floor and three bedrooms and a large gallery on the 7th floor.
