"This attractive and sedate, pre-war building at 41 Fifth Avenue on the southeast corner at 11th Street has a prime Lower Greenwich Village location overlooking two attractive churches, each with their own large garden: the Episcopal Church of the Ascension on the northwest corner at 10th Street and the lovely First Presbyterian Church and its extensive gardens on the northwest corner at 11th Street.

In addition, this building is directly across from 40 Fifth Avenue, the most impressive and attractive high-rise apartment building on Lower Fifth Avenue and Greenwich Village." Read Carter's Full Review
