Carter's Review
This 11-story rental apartment building at 220 Saint Nicholas Avenue at Frederick Douglass Boulevard and 122nd Street in Harlem was designed by Jeffrey Cole Architects.
It has 14 apartments and was built in 2013 by Gorjian Real Estate Group.
Bottom Line
This sprightly mid-rise building twists and shouts and not surprisingly is not symmetrical but its bright orange elements make it hard to miss.
Amenities
The building has keyed elevators.
