Carter's Review

Marketing started in September, 2007 for this new, six-story residential condominium apartment building at 265 West 122nd Street between Eighth Avenue and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard in Harlem.

The building was developed by El Nalixa LLC of which Hans Futterman is president.

Martina Q. Bacarella is the architect.

The building has a two-story stone base with beige masonry. The entrance door has six circular windows and is flanked by wall lanterns.

The building has a triplex garden apartment and a triplex penthouse and two floor-though apartments. The balconies have rounded, glass railings.

Occupancy is estimated for next January.

Kitchens have Italian Pedini cabinetry and each unit has a washer and dryer and a video intercom and private storage on the garden level.

The building is close to subways and Morningside Park.

Prices range initially from about $890,000 for a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with 1,122 square feet to about $2,300,000 for a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath apartment with 2,453 square feet.
