This very handsome, 12-story cooperative apartment building at 130 Bradhurst Avenue between 148th and 149th Streets is known as Ellington on the Park.  It was erected in 2009 and contains 134 apartments.

It was developed by 200 Bradhurst Developer LLC, a partnership of which Joni Brooks is a member. 

It was designed by Magnus Magnusson.

It is across from the 12-acre Jackie Robinson Park.

It is also known as 2789-2791 Frederick Douglass Boulevard.

Bottom Line

An elegant and very nicely proportioned apartment building next to the Jackie Robinson Park in Central Harlem.

Description

The red-brick building has a banded red and white one-story base, surmounted by 7 red-brick floors and four setback light beige floors.

Amenities

The building has a fitness center, a library, a computer resource center, an arts & crafts room a 24-hour attended lobby, a garage, a landscaped courtyard, and a community room.

Apartment 908 is a three-bedroom unit with 1,261 square feet, a 15-foot-square living room, a 9-foot-long pass-through kitchen and a 434-square-foot terrace.

Apartment 905 is a two-bedroom unit with an entry foyer that leads past a 10-foot-wide kitchen and a 14-foot-long living room that opens onto a 35-foot-long terrace that connects with a 28-foot-long terrace off the bedrooms.
