Carter's Review

This attractive, 7-story, mid-block, residential condominium building at 310 West 114th Street is one of the most modern-looking in Harlem with its black façade.

It is between Frederick Douglass Boulevard and Manhattan Avenue and very close to Morningside Park, the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine and Columbia University.

It was designed by Reza Khamcy.  Leyden Lewis was the interior designer.

Bottom Line

A pleasant, modern addition to the Morningside Heights neighborhood, it is steps away from Morningside Park and has only 8 apartments.
