This handsome, 9-story building at 201 Central Park North at the southwest corner of Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard was built in 1911 and has 35 condominium apartments.  It is one block east of the northwest corner of Central Park. 

The building is known as Lido Hall and is not far from public transportation.

Bottom Line

A handsome, pre-war condominium apartment building across from Central Park with large units, a substantial landscaped sidewalk, a rusticated two-story base and a gated parking area.

Description

The beige-brick building has a two-story white stone, rusticated base set in landscaping with attractive bollards. 

Its second and top floors have slightly arched windows.  There are balconies on the 3rd, 4th, 7th and 8th floors.  

The building permits window air-conditioners and there are lanterns on the second floor. 

The block it is on has several similar buildings with rusticated bases with sidewalk landscaping.

Amenities

The building has a part-time doorman, a bicycle room, an elevator, permits pets and a has an adjacent gated parking area.

Apartments

Apartments have washers and dryers. 

Apartment 3B is a three-bedroom unit has an open kitchen with a 6-burner Wolf stove with self-vesting hood, a Bosch dishwasher, a 36-inch Fisher & Paykel refrigerator and a 10-foot-long island.  The master bath as a Restoration Hardware double sink, a Toto toilet, and a rainforest shower. 

Apartment 7A is a two-bedroom unit with a 34-foot-long living/dining room with an open kitchen by the entry foyer.

Apartment 6B is a three-bedroom with a long entrance gallery that leads past a 17-foot-long, enclosed kitchen to a 22-foot-long living room. 

Apartment 7D is a two-bedroom unit with a 14-foot-long entry foyer that leads to a 13-foot-long open kitchen and a 19-foot-wide living room. 

Apartment 2C is a one-bedroom unit with an 8-foot-long entry foyer that leads to a 24-foot-long living room and a 10-foot-long kitchen.
