This attractive, twin-towered, 48-story rental apartment complex was erected in 2017 by Equity Residential at 70 Greene Street on the southeast corner at Grand Street in the Paulus Hook section of Jersey City. 

It has 480 apartments. 

It was designed by CetraRuddy. 

The development is close to the Hudson River and Light Rail and PATH stations.

Bottom Line

A handsome, twin-towered glass development with many amenities near the Hudson River in the Paulus Hook section of Jersey City.

Description

Two glass towers rise from a four-story orange masonry base and the towers have some angled balconies. 

The lobby has a dramatic concierge station in front of a tall, curved glass wall and the children's playroom has murals.

Amenities

The smoke-free development has a full-time doorman, a garage, an outdoor pool, a media room with theater seating, a business center, a fitness center, a community lounge with pool table and golf simulator, a hot tub, basement storage, a dog run, washers and dryers in each unit, a children's playroom, valet dry cleaning, a laundry and central air-conditioning.

Apartments

Apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows and some units have walk-in closets and balconies. 

A 47th-floor, two-bedroom unit has 1,005 square feet with a 17-foot-long living/dining room with a slightly angled glass wall and an open kitchen and one of its bedroom has an angled balcony. 

A 987-square foot, two-bedroom unit on the 46th floor and an entry foyer that leads to a 20-foot-wide living/dining room with two window walls and an open kitchen with an island. 

A 756-square-foot, 18th floor one-bedroom unit has a 15-foot-side living/dining room with an open kitchen with a breakfast bar.
