Review of 205 East 78th Street by Carter Horsley

This good-looking Art Deco building with colorful glazed terracotta trim was erected in 1925 and converted to a cooperative in 1982. The 20-story building, which is nicely proportioned with setbacks topped by an attractive watertank enclosure, has 218 apartments and a large, attractive lobby. Its superb location is convenient to many attractive restaurants and boutiques as well as public transportation.
