Carter's Review
This simple but rather stately rental building contains 60 rental apartments and was erected in 1997 by the Macklowe Organization, one of the city's leading developers of luxury apartment buildings.
The 12-story building was designed by Schuman Lichtenstein Claman & Efron and has a banded first floor and symmetrical façades that are handsomely "framed" in different colored bricks. The roofline is slightly modulated and the overall look of this modest building is elegant.
The building has a free health club, a doorman, a sundeck, and allows pets.
This is a popular neighborhood that is convenient to many restaurants and good neighborhood shopping and not too far from the Queensborough Bridge.
