Review of 300 East 77th Street by Carter Horsley

This attractive, clean-cut, 31-story condominium apartment tower at 300 East 77th Street on the southeast corner at Second Avenue was completed in 2001 and has 90 units. It is known as the Seville and also has a 1470 Second Avenue address.

It was developed by RFR Holding LLC and Davis & Partners LLC and designed by Robert A. M. Stern.

RFR Davis was founded by Trevor Davis, Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs and in addition to the Seville, they developed the Impala and the Empire residential towers on the Upper East Side and 425 Fifth Avenue in midtown.
