The 12-story apartment building at 10-50 Jackson Avenue at Vernon Boulevard in Long Island City was erected in 2006 by Queens Plaza 27 LLC.

The building is located in the heart of Hunters Point with direct access to the 7 train at the lobby. 

It was designed by Gene Kaufman for Vantage Partners and Vega P. Architecture did the interiors.

Apartments A on the 3rd through the 7th floor have 813 square feet and are one-bedroom units with angled living room with 10-square-foot balconies with open kitchens with islands and the bedrooms have 60-square-foot balconies.

Apartments A on the 9th through the 11th floor have 608 square feet and are one-bedroom units with angled living rooms with 12-foot-wide open kitchens with islands and 83-square-foot balconies.
