This attractive, large, 10-story, rental apartment complex at 30-02 39th Street in the Dutch Kills section of Long Island City was erected in 2017 by the Lightstone Group and has 428 units.

It was designed by Gerner, Kronick + Valcarcel Architects and is very large courtyard designed by Weintraub Diaz Landscape Architecture.

Bottom Line

A handsome large rental, mid-rise, apartment block with a very large, landscaped courtyard with a greenhouse and a very impressive, corner entrance marquee with sidewalk landscaping.

Description

The building has a very large and impressive corner entrance with a very large and handsome wrap-around marquee flanked by two levels of landscaping.

The top three floors are setback and have an all-glass façade as opposed to the base which is vertically divided with broad concrete piers between the large, multi-paned casement windows.

There is an exposed watertank at one end of the roof.

The building has a rooftop swimming pool and club, a concierge, residential lounges, workspace, bicycle storage, a common dining room, storage, valet parking, and a greenhouse.
