This 39-story apartment tower was erected by AvalonBay Communities in 2007 at 4-75 48th Avenue in the Queens West complex at Hunters Point in Queens.

It was designed by Perkins Eastman Architects and contains 602 apartment and townhouse units and 12,000-square feet of commercial space and a 5-story, 360-vehicle parking structure with a 24,000-square-foot roof terrace with a bocce court, a putting green and grills.
