Carter's Review

This very handsome, 10-story, mid-block building at 165 Chrystie Street between Delancey and Rivington streets on the Lower East Side was built in 2019 by Nortco Development, which is headed by Haim and Rony Nortman. Nortco's other projects in the city include 253 East 7th Street and Eleven Hancock at 362 West 125th Street.

The building has 8 condominium apartments. It was designed by ODA, which is headed by Eren Chen and whose other buildings in the city include 15 Union Square West and 303 East 44th Street. It fronts on Sara D. Roosevelt Park.
