The team behind a new residential development underway at 187 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg has revealed additional renderings, giving a glimpse at the industrial-inspired interior spaces with thoughtful details at every turn.

Permits were filed in 2017 for the seven-story development which includes retail and commercial space along with 96 apartments on floors three through seven. The building sits on Kent Avenue Kent Avenue between Metropolitan Avenue and North 3rd Street only a block from the waterfront. Renderings from Input Creative Studio show-off homes with classically inspired kitchens with handsome cabinetry and light fixtures, full backsplashes stainless steel appliances.
Renderings for the building's amenities show desirable places to lounge or work. There will be a fitness center, steam room and spa area, space to lounge or work, a screening room and a game room. The project is still in the construction phase and there is no pricing information available but the current Williamsburg median price for studios is $2,537/month, one-bedrooms is $2,800/month, two-bedrooms is $2,900/month and three-bedrooms is $3,800/month.
