Executives from co-developers JD Carlisle Development and Fosun International Limited were on hand to mark the topping-out at Madison House. At 805 feet high, it is the tallest residential building in NoMad.

The shimmering façade designed by Handel Architects is also making its way up the 62-story building. The unique design features intricate glass and white terra cotta boning. The sleek glass panels stretch up to form a pillared apex that in turn will make a striking new addition to the Midtown skyline.
