Shortly after revealing renderings of their mixed-use condominium in Hallets Point, Angelo and Anthony Ng’s Architects Studio unveiled a rendering for a new seven-story building at 35-22 Parsons Boulevard in Flushing. There will be retail and a bank at the base, and plans call for community facility on the second floor. The 78 apartments on top, likely rentals, will have floor-to-ceiling windows, and select units will have balconies. According to plans filed with the city, amenities will include a roof deck, elevator, and attended parking garage. An application to demolish the one-story bank on the site was approved in September 2017.
Just around the corner, Architects Studio is also designing an eleven-story, mixed-use project at 141-26 Northern Boulevard. The first few stories of the building will have 14,000 square feet of retail and 16,700 square feet of community space, which will be divided between medical offices and a school. Eight stories of apartments will rise on top.
