This attractive 17-story building at 330 East 57th Street has a Mocha CrÂżme limestone façade with broad large reflective blue windows and dark blue-green spandrels that extend slightly into the side limestone piers.
Cesidio del Rio of Madrid and Arquitectonica are the architects and Francisco Rubio is the developer.
The building, which was completed in 2008, is just to the east of the limestone-clad apartment building at 322 West 57th Street, which is one of the city's most luxurious with double-height living rooms.
