Carter Horsley
Review of 318 West 47th Street by Carter Horsley

This attractive, 7-story, mid-block building at 318 West 47th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues in Clinton was erected in 2017 by Shore Assets and the PILOT Real Estate Group and has only five condominium apartments.

The narrow bluestone-brick and wood panel building was designed by William Leggio and has interiors by Katch I.D.

The site was formerly occupied by a 4-story commercial building that was gutted and expanded.
