This attractive, 7-story, mid-block building at 318 West 47^th Street between 8^th and 9^th Avenues in Clinton was erected in 2017 by Shore Assets and the PILOT Real Estate Group and has only five condominium apartments.

The narrow bluestone-brick and wood panel building was designed by William Leggio and has interiors by Katch I.D.

The site was formerly occupied by a 4-story commercial building that was gutted and expanded.

Bottom Line

A handsome, mid-block, boutique condominium apartment building in Clinton with a very attractive bluestone brick and wood façade.

Description

This luxury boutique, mid-block apartment building rises slightly above its neighbors with an setback top floor with a glass-railed opening with a solid overhang dramatically substituting for a cornice.

The textured façade has bluestone brick and wood paneling.
