The broad, beige-brick building has a “moat” with a handsome fence with brick stanchions with pyramid tops.  There are residential units in the basement.

The building has a handsome, four-banded cornice and an entrance marquee.

The building has discrete air-conditioners and no sidewalk landscaping.
