This handsome, 33-story, mid-block building at 315 West 33rd Street was erected in 2000 and is known as the Olivia.

It has 333 rental apartments on its top 24 floors.

The building was designed by SBLM Architects and was originally known as the Pennmark.

It is very convenient to Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, Macy's and Herald Square and excellent public transportation.

The building a full-time doorman, concierge service, a garage, a landscaped sundeck, sidewalk landscaping, a yoga and meditation studio on the seventh floor, valet services, a fitness center, bicycle storage and pass-through kitchens with stainless steel appliances and wood cabinetry.
