This handsome, 6-story building at 414 West 121st Street between Amsterdam Avenue and Morningside Avenue in Morningside Heights was erected in 1912 and has 55 co-operative apartments. 

It is half a block from Morningside Park and it is convenient to Columbia University. 

Its entrance is at the rear of a courtyard with a 5-step-up stoop and an entrance surround beneath a fire escape.  The building has a limestone base and other fire-escapes.

Bottom Line

An attractive, low-rise building in the Columbia University neighborhood and close to Morningside Heights with a five-step-up entrance and surround in a courtyard and fire-escapes.
