M. Pei's best residential designs. Many hospitals are located on the other side of First Avenue in this area.

The building has sidewalk landscaping, a doorman, basement storage, and a three-step-up vestibule with a white-brick entrance surround and a stainless steel canopy. The building has some fire-escapes and permits protruding air-conditioners.
