Carter's Review
This attractive, 21-story rental apartment building was erected by the Zucker Organization in 1981.
It has 210 apartments, a private garden, many balconies and a doorman.
The building has a location that is very convenient to both the Midtown and Midtown South business districts and is not too far from the trendy Flatiron District. It has excellent public transportation and good neighborhood shopping.
Some apartments have pass-through kitchens with maple wood cabinetry and granite counters and some have wood-burning fireplaces. All apartments have thermopane windows and Botticino marble bathrooms.
The building is known as the Murray Hill.
