This 16-story residential tower at 415 Riverwalk Court on Roosevelt Island is north of the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge and was erected by The Related Companies and Hudson Companies in 2008 and has 123 condominium apartments.

It was designed by Costas Kondylis & Partners.

It is part of the 9-building complex known as Riverwalk that is a project of The Related Companies and Hudson Companies.

Bottom Line

With fine vistas of the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge on Rockefeller University and the Upper East Side skyline, this modern tower has many amenities and is convenient to the Roosevelt Island Tram.

The free-standing building has no setbacks but a stepped plan with a nice bandcourse above the second floor.

The building has vertical piers, discrete air-conditioners and many corner windows.
