Carter's Review

The very elegant and prominent 11-story loft building at 476 Broadway between Broome and Grand Streets in SoHo was erected in 1904 and now has 16 co-operative apartments.

This prominent building was for several years an important venue for avant-garde performances by such artists as Dave Brubeck, Martha Graham and Laurie Spiegel and its past residents included artists Bruce Nauman and Susan Rothenberg.
