43 Wooster Street Review

This six-story condominium loft apartment building has 10 apartments. Between Grand and Broome Streets, it has an excellent SoHo location.

The building has a part-time doorman and the apartments have wood-burning fireplaces and wide-plank wood floors as well as multi-zoned heating and air-conditioning. Elevators are keyed and security is key-card access with closed-circuit television. Kitchens have cherry cognac cabinetry and stainless steel pullout shelves and under-cabinet lighting and black granite countertops. The applianaces are Viking, Subzero and Fisher Paykell double-drawer dishwashers.

Bathrooms have marble walls and floors and radiant heating, and rainfall showerheards and front and back body sprays.

This neighborhood has many boutiques, art galleries and restaurants.
