Carter's Review

This 8-story residential condominium building at 599 Fourth Avenue in Park Slope section of Brooklyn is known as Bisney View Condominiums.

It has 19 apartments and is also known as 180 17th Streets. It was developed by Wu Ava and Shiming Tam was the architect for the project which involved a four-story addition to an existing building.

The building has balconies, corner windows, hardwood oak flooring, marble kitchen floors, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite kitchen countertops and a video intercom system.

The building has a dark orange brick façade with quoins at one slight vertical setback and a one-story white stone base. The building has a enclosed rooftop watertank enclosure with a curved roof.
