This 8-story loft building at 77 Reade Street between Church Street and Broadway in TriBeCa opened in 2011 with 29 residential condominiums. 

It was developed by the S. Myles Group and Harshad Lakhani. 

The conversion was designed by BKSK Architects, which also did 25 Bond Street and The Hubert, and Lazzoni did the interiors. 

The building dates to 1852 and is also known as 95 Chambers Street.

Bottom Line

A handsome, through-block residential loft building in TriBeCa with some fireplaces and terraces that is convenient to City Hall, the World Trade Center and Battery Park City.

Description

The building has a limestone façade and its top two floors are setback considerably.

Amenities

The building has an attended lobby, a concierge, a landscaped roof deck, a fitness center, a live-in superintendent and storage rooms.

Apartments

Some apartments have fireplaces and high ceilings. 

All apartments have individual air-conditioning and heating, hardwood ash flooring, and oversized windows and washers and dryers. 

Kitchens have white high gloss Italian cabinetry and glass and granite countertops and Miele appliances.

Loft B on floors three through five is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit with a very long entry foyer that leads to a 30-foot-wide living/dining area with a 11-foot-long open kitchen. 

Penthouse A is a three-bedroom, two-bath duplex with two bedrooms, a 31-foot-long living/dining room with a kitchen and a 34-foot-wide terrace on the 7th floor and a 19-foot-wide master bedroom suite with a 23-foot-wide terrace on the 8th floor. 

Penthouse B is a three-bedroom, two-bath unit with a two bedrooms, a 24-foot-wide living/dining room, a 16-foot-wide open kitchen and a 39-foot-wide terrace on the 7th floor and a 20-foot-wide master bedroom on the eighth floor with a 49-foot-terrace on the 8th floor. 

Penthouse C has a 30-foot-living/dining room on the 7th floor with an open kitchen and a 29-foot-wide terrace and three-bedrooms on the 6th floor and a 19-foot-wide media room with a 29-foot-wide terrace on the eighth floor.
