Carter's Review

This attractive, red-brick, 13-story apartment building was erected in 1959 and converted to a cooperative in 1984. Conveniently located near the United Nations, the building is situated on a quiet tree lined street with a neighborhood that offers a vibrant selection of diverse NYC dining and accessible markets. Subletting, co-purchasing, guarantors and pieds-a-terre all permitted with board approval.

It has 101 apartments.

The building, which allows pets, has very nice sidewalk landscaping, a canopied, three-step-up entrance. It has a part-time doorman, storage space, a roof deck, discrete air-conditioners and windowed kitchens. It has a laundry facility and is pet friendly.

There is good public transportation in this Turtle Bay neighborhood that has many restaurants.

Hyman Isaac Feldman was the architect.
