This white-brick, midblock apartment building is very convenient to the Grand Central office district and also is not far from the United Nations. The 13-story structure was erected in 1955 and converted to a condominium in 1987. It has 129 apartments. The top of the building has several terraces that protrude slightly from the façade, which has a horizontal fenestration pattern with large windows. The doorman building has an attractive, canopied entrance.
