The top three floors of this white-brick building are angled and partially setback.

The center section of the façade on floors 2 through 10 has broad bands of windows flanked by two piers of window bays on each side.

The top floor units have angled balconies.

The building has a four-step-down entrance with an angled upwards glass marquee.
