Renderings of the design by Morris Adjmi Architects depict a light gray terrazzo building with arched windows on select levels.

Interiors are to feature commercial units and 76 residential units, a portion of which will be affordable. It is located near City Hall Park, Tribeca dining, and the City Hall R/W trains.
