Carter's Review

These twin, pre-war, 6-story buildings at 223 and 225 West 10th Street between Bleecker and Hudson streets in the Greenwich Village Historic District have a total of 42 condominium apartments.  They were built in 1893 and converted from rentals by Time Equities Inc.

They are close to a PATH station on Christopher Street.

Bottom Line

These nicely detailed late 19th Century buildings have a good central location in the West Village near many boutiques and restaurants.
