This development consists of two five-story buildings centered about an interior garden with a fieldstone fireplace and it was erected in 2005 and contains 44 residential condominium apartments.
It was designed by H. Thomas O'Hara for Northside Tower LLC of which Christopher Pardo is a principal.
The building is distinguished by its light-colored "colonnade" in its four-story base beneath its red-brick, setback top floor.
The building, which is located at 142 North 6th Street in the Williamsburgh section of Brooklyn, is known as Urban Green.
The building, which was completed in 2007, has a roof deck with cabanas and on-site parking.
Apartments have 5-inch American walnut floors, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and Havana green mosaic tile backsplashes. Baths have Mayorca polished limestone or pewter terrazzo tile floors.
