Carter's Review

This attractive, 6-story building at 143 Meserole Street between Manhattan and Graham avenues in Williamsburg was erected in 2017 and has 10 condominium apartments.

It was built by Kings Building Enterprises Inc., of which James Chen is a managing member.

It was designed by Tony C. Onyegord of Building Control Engineering of Brooklyn.

Bottom Line

A nice, modern, blue, mid-block building with only 10 small apartments, some with small balconies, in Williamsburg.

Description

This mid-block building has balconies on one half of its street façade, which is clad with bluish panels.

Amenities

The building has a garage, a library/lounge with an original work by Claire Cushman, a Brooklyn artist.

Apartments

Apartments have solid oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and 10-foot-high ceilings. Kitchens have Bertrazonni Master ranges, opaque glass cabinetry and Caesarstone countertops with waterfall edges.

Apartment 3B is a one-bedroom unit with 700 square feet of interior space and a 22-square-foot balcony.  It has an entry foyer next to an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and a 17-foot-long living room with a 10-foot-long alcove.

Apartment 3A is a one-bedroom unit with 600 square feet of interior space and an 82-square-foot-balcony.  It has an entry foyer next to an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and a 15-foot-long living room.
