Review of 210 North 12th Street by Carter Horsley

This pleasant, 8-story apartment building at 210 North 12th Street on the corner of Driggs Avenue overlooking McCarren Park in Williamsburg was first planned in 2007 but construction did not start until 2013 and was not finished until 2014 because the brownfield site required a clean-up from the New York State Office of Environmental Remediation.

The building has 42 rental apartments.

Isaac Schwartz of Adir Holdings is the developer.

Philip Toscano was the architect and MDIM Architecture worked on the project in 2007 when it was controlled by 432 Driggs Avenue Corporation of which David Moskowitz was a vice president.
